We are shipping Domestic and Worldwide!

All orders are processed and packed in 1-4 business days. Your order is sent from Glendale, California. For bulk orders, deliveries can take from 2-3 weeks, please reach out for wholesale prices and conditions.

Shipping Costs via USPS:

> Standard Domestic - $6.90 (USD) flat rate ⤖ Delivery from 3-4 days for purchases less than $35 dollars. 

> FREE Domestic Shipping ⤖ on all orders of $35 (USD) or more. 

> Express USA shipping - $9.90 (USD) ⤖ For all orders requesting delivery in 1-2 business days. 

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking ID so you can follow your order's journey to your door.

 

Refund and Exchanges

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your order, and we accept returns within 14 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with the original package.

Please note - you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the refund amount will be for the original cost of the item, excluding shipping costs. If you request an exchange, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs. Only for products that were delivered originally defective, after approval, shipping will be cover by us with a paid returning slip. 

We are not responsible for packages lost via transit after shipped from our office, but we will work with the Postal carrier to open a case and verify the facts. A refund or a re-delivery can be discussed depending on the result. We will always thrive to secure that our customers received what they have purchased.
